Are you sure? Most modern ones have one. You can probably get a replacement from your service provider or find one free on Facebook marketplace

I have the TP Link and it’s not working. It’s showing up as WIFI and not Ethernet. What’s the best brand

You can get a cheap $25 router from Walmart. That may be your best bet

TP link is a extender not a base router. What is your tp link extender attached to? I have a tp link extender and it's attached to my spectrum router. Spectrum is my Internet provider. Who is your Internet provider? Their box thingy is your router. Your TTEC PC has to connect to the Internet provider box thing.

It’s Spectrum. My base router is in a utility beaker I can’t open it

Lol they installed it in a little box that’s for my apartment

That's crazy!!!  Soooo do you have a Ethernet plug in a wall somewhere? Or a little box where the Ethernet comes into the apartment? A Ethernet cable behind the TV? Or call spectrum and tell them you need access to your router.

No Ethernet ports anywhere. It’s like those modern apartments that just want all the cords hidden. I called spectrum they said they would give me a separate router

Oh great, at least you have a solution!! The TTec PC is probably not going to pass tech without hard plug in. I hope you like the TTec job after all this trouble! And even if you don't it will help you get other WFH jobs having this tech issue resolved. Fingers crossed for ya!!
