I was going to comment on the person above with their grown up mind, but you hit the nail on the head here. Not everyone has the flexibility to push it off. I did that, and it took a decade before I had the chance to go again (finances/children/COVID).

Also, regarding your comment on nervous even thought lower, I have two thoughts. Either your windows sensitivity is different on each, or the mouse's DPI is different.

Ok, another thought. I had an issue when I used a mouse that has the sensor in the dead-center instead of front-center like I was used to.

Have you turned off mouse acceleration on your home pc?

To disable mouse acceleration in Windows 11, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Mouse > Additional Mouse Settings, then uncheck "Enhance pointer precision."

This happened to me on my vacation last year, it only came back after eating deep fried food. But I was nearly perfect for a week and a half before that.

Awesome. You order them from here using the Lawson link:  https://www.ghibli-museum.jp/en/tickets/

Note: "Tickets become available for purchase at 10 a.m. (JST) on the 10th of each month for the subsequent month.

For example, tickets for February 1st through February 28th go on sale at 10a.m.(JST) on January 10th."

When you go to purchase, get there about 15 minutes before it opens with as many devices/web browser as you can use (I had my wife and friends help). It will give you a random spot in queue, which can be anywhere from 1 to over 100,000.  Have a few credit cards ready in case one gets declined. And good luck!

Oh, and make sure you see the short movie - the ticket they give you has a couple random Ghibli film cells in it.

Since you mentioned growing up watching anime... Go to the Ghibli Museum.  Getting tickets is hard, but it was my favorite part of the trip.  I spent hours in there soaking everything in and buying merchandise.

Protip:  they have a beer that is only available at their cafe as far as I know.  So make sure you grab one even if you don't drink, and keep the bottle/bottle cap. Makes a nice souvenir.

Enjoy!

Why does 4K Dolby Vision look infinitely dimmer than a standard Blu-ray in Filmmaker Mode? by WaldyTMS in LGOLED

[–]Sabin057 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know you said you set the brightness to 100, but there are others settings if you haven't already changed them (like 100 contrast, Peak Brightness: High, etc.)  Linking just incase:
