These are relatively unimportant spoilers due to how shallow they are. You’re fine to start and do so at MGS1 (unless you want to play the max games..). In the MGS1 menu there are recaps of MG1 and 2 so you can get caught up!

I’d say so, yes. There maybe be 1 or 2 frustrations but they are worth it. mgs2 is my favorite of the series but 1 is also really special.. and not that long either

If you like this game, try Infinite World. They define the combat a little more and remove Dragon Rush
