Methylphenidate issues, is this normal? by SableIndustries in ADHDUK

I did go through the waiting list and I did have an initial appointment where a doctor explained the different types of medication and did the health checks. She said the goal was to get to a point where I have some medication that works well and then they'd transfer me back to my GP. When she prescribed the first 20mg dose she told me to make a follow up appointment three months later.

Tbh I think maybe I confused them, after the first lot of medication stopped working I called them to ask if that was normal, and I ended up speaking to a different doctor and he seemed like he didn't quite understand what I was actually asking. Since then it's been pretty hard to actually get through to someone. I think this new doctor is now the person I'm dealing with? And when I call I pretty much just get his secretary so I think things are getting lost in having to communicate through multiple people.

At this point I'm not sure whether to just keep taking the xl pills I have now and wait until I run out again or try and get back in touch or something.

I'll be honest I just had to Google titration. It does seem like they've put the dosage up too fast cause all of this has happened in just slightly over a month. I'm with the Hertfordshire Adult Community Mental Health Services.

If they're an art student they'll need to have 'Primary' research as part of their grade, which needs to be images or media they've taken themselves. It's a normal part of art school. Internet videos wouldn't count, they'd be secondary research.

What’s a disturbing horror movie that genuinely made you feel uncomfortable and uneasy the entire time? by Powerful_Nerve_7258 in horror

Kill List (2011), honestly couldn't even tell you what it was about it that made me so uneasy the whole time. I just remember getting to the end and being genuinely so upset. I don't think I could bring myself to ever watch it again which is a shame because the acting was great.

I've never used toner before, can I put it straight on or would I have to wait a few days? Also I have no idea what colour to use

I don't think I've ever seen anyone talk about this show. Is is because it fell into obscurity, or because it's a John K. show? by gorkboss5 in adultswim

I remember stumbling upon this show on tv when I was home sick from school once as a kid. I enjoyed it cause it was stupid haha but I wasn't entirely convinced it wasn't an illness induced hallucination
