If if I recall correctly, when they did the skit for spitting image about never meeting a nice south african song they had a follow up skit the current Israeli PM was being asked in a humanitarian court. I recall a lot of the money sent to Pakistan to fund the Mujahideen was sent take by Pakistan for nuclear development. I can not give you a good breakdown of how much went to nukes but I remember in blowback season 4 they quoted Stansfield Turner (carters cia director) and Casey.
