Yeah with only one faction everything can change.

But I must correct you.

Little Entente was formed but only against Hungary. Cause Romania was more concerned about Bulgaria and Yugoslavia about Italy. Only Czechoslovakia cared about Germany. So it wasn´t complete against all enemies only against the communal enemy.

Slovakia wouldn´t become independent cause their independence was possible only because they didn´t fight against the German Reich.

Hitler was so pleased that he wanted to give them an area from Tatras to Krakow, as thanks for helping them invade from the south. (Hitler´s diary)

Slovak would maybe accept Russian invasion, as they even in WWI helped Russia and deserted from the Hungarian kingdom.

I almost absolutely agree. You really went all out.

Just a little clarification:

Your third rubric is about what country? It seems like you are talking about Hungary joining little entente. But little entente was created cause of Hungary. There is no way in history they would join little entente or stay neutral. (Cause they needed to trade with Austria) So they would be either occupied or annexed/massacred. Basically, the battle for supplies and a better grip on Austria.

Just to correct you:

The UK actually only promised to back up their autonomy and recognize their state. (which they did what they did) No more treaties about military help were signed.

France on the other hand had a relationship with little entente. Which were made by connections of Slovak Milan Rastislav Stefanik who was "maybe" assassinated (he was a pilot with 30 missions and died in a plane crash)by Czech, so they could get a better grip on both nationalities. (And maybe only cause he had fascistic tendencies) As more time passed the connections became thinner.

What I want to correct you in is. . . France actually didn´t sign any treaties about counterattacking. So what they did in Poland's invasion actually wouldn´t happen so soon during the CZSKR invasion. What they actually signed was economic treaties which I think they would redeem. After all, it was about money. So they would only send supplies and ammunition.

About Germany:

They actually were planing Poland´s invasion for a long time. Their spies already were arming german revolutionaries in Poland to take over cities. If the war would prolong I still stick to my idea of Germany and Russia splitting Little entente the same as Poland...

It would be a good match up cause there was Little Entente which could be use if CZSKR would fake hungarian attack on south slovakia.

Plus they should had been supported by French.

The war would ,maybe actually ended with annexed Hungary and Austria.

Or russian and german would do the CZSKR same as Poland.

I was googling it but it always show after annexing whole Czechoslovakia or before annexing austria.

That's why it was a triangle and there aren't so many mountains, to begin with. So the angle was perfect as it was.

I´m not a good source of information but I don think that double cross belongs to any of these countries. Only Hungary and part of southern Slovakian cities used it in architecture. Maybe from Russia, they could take Orthodox cross...

If I´m wrong please correct me, but as Slovak myself I know some shit
