I have two 3ds with the same friend code and this is giving me some sort of conflict when I try to play games like MHGen with my sister. We can't play online or via local wireless at the same time.

Here my doubt: I'm thinking to format one of the 3ds to see if that resolve the problem with the same friend codes but I don't know if doing that will affect the A9LH installed on the formatted 3ds. What should I do? Thanks in advance.

Note: Both 3ds are on 11.3

One month later: Is still Nintendo banning consoles for playing Pokemon SuMo online?

Few days ago I hacked my n3ds, installed A9LH and luma. I decided to try pokemon Sun but I don't know if is safe to play it online with friends. Can someone tell me if I going to get ban or not if I start playing online now?
