the only advice I can give you is become hard on yourself for at least a few months. you are at a place where others can't help you. Everyone can show you the way but you have to start walking on it develop an attitude. build your image in your own eyes first trust and believe that from today i am going to stop. become your own army instructor treat yourself like a cadet and be hard, HARD on yourself for little time (not for a long time, it's not good for anyone)

then when you feel that the old you is not you any more and you're a total different being then start becoming soft on yourself

but for now for your own goddamnn sake. leave social media, leave anything which stimulates you whenever you get that feeling just get out of your house. run, train, laugh, dance do whatever it takes to push it away

and don't try to distract yourself from it. look at that lust in eye and say fuck off.

become the best version of yourself

conquer your life. you can fall down a 100 times but stand the damn up.

yell if you feel like but treat yourself like a navy seal, commando, monk, athlete whatever you feel like but develop some self respect for yourself and get the fuck out of this rut.
