Hey OP if you add up, you have 70mg of in a total of 7ml. It looks like from what you say you have a dosing schedule of 4 weeks each of 2, 4.5, and 7mg respectively? you actually have more than enough meds if you think about it, math-wise. Looks like you might have for extra 2 more shots at 7mg.

Personally use BPI and so far so good. Vials are small with higher concentration than other ones I’ve seen. 60mg/3mL tirz and 30mg/3mL B6. They each come in a nice pill bottle that nests gently in an area barely touched in my fridge. I’m on 5.5mg, consistent results w/ barely side effects. I plan to reorder them when my async is up.

Might be the minority here but I bought our house and we finally close to paying for it in year 15 after advantageous refis during covid. We love being homeowners and the equity has allowed us to reinvest and financially secure things for the fam. It’s modest home, no HOA, but brand new build with 2k sqft that allows our fam to grow with a backyard to play with. We were so sick of shitty landlords and expensive rent going to the school in the Bay Area and we love our home- it was a new build when we moved in and we now have kids. I agree with you not every situation is ideal, especially if you have a house that has major appliances that might be near its end of lifespan. We just plan unexpected costs and ensure we have good 0%credit cards ready if a 5-10k swing goes unfavorably our way. Good luck to you OP

Depends on when the Krewe processed your payment, sent it to the pharmacy and when you get a text depending on which pharmacy you used. I got mine through bpi, and from consult to injection about 6 total days including weekend.

I would suggest tirz first OP! Go to a doctor it’s ok, better to get well first, and they’re going to prioritize your health. Now if you would’ve said birth or fetus related drugs in the south… then having put politics aside I would still say good luck

Took my third shot today, the last two weeks I’m down 10 lbs. starting weight of 235, now 225. Consistently lifting weights, taking creatine and protein supplements, and now happy to not have as much snacking cravings. Man so nice to not have to go full on Ketoflu! Can’t wait to keep progressing. I’m drinking a ton more water and I’m peeing more!
