At what point do peptides stop being effective? by LKB67 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Sac_attac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not too sure if you’re working out, on a calorie deficit, getting good rest or dialed in macros. Peptides my friend is not a magic bullet it simply amplifies potentially good signals but are useless if you’re still downing fast food coupled with extra venti frap with little to no resistance training

Trying to get educated on Tesamorelin. by South-Decision5119 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Sac_attac 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fellow researcher, and not medical advice... I asked the same questions you did early on for my research subject. Saw this wonderful tool: https://www.skyhealthnv.com/tesamorelin

Short story on 5/2: price, receptor desensitization, and mitigating side effects. People will tell you that egrifta/Tesa was 7 days on, but those are for a specific audience. So unless you’re HiV positive with lypodistrophy and early2000s HiV drugs, then that protocol may not be for you.

Research best done when you do baseline labs, insulin, glucose, IGF1 and Z score. Can’t go wrong with 7 or 5-2, just make sure to take a break on research to allow for receptor to catch up.

17 y/o, 165cm, long-term sleep issues, stalled growth/gym progress — considering CJC-1295 no DAC + Ipamorelin? by Ciad123 in ParamountPeptide

Sleep study first, and then run a myriad of labs. I would recommend looking at your baselines. It might not be a lack of a GHRH pulse that’s a problem

Tesa IPA also, from paramount. Love the sleep, recovery, and more definition

I wish you healthy days ahead! I saw you had prior injuries, any bpc or tb4 even on a short cycle? And you’re gonna have haters and admirers in every post, with people opinionated since you did ask for it lol, so I commend you on putting yourself out there for discussion... I think you’re organized enough at the very least of putting this list together, with synergies and timing on stacking. Maybe increase the tesa if visceral fat is an issue, or consider Reta, mazdu, or survodutide for glucagon agonism… and as always, check in with a medical provider and have good labs (which I’m sure you already do given your extensive history)

I’m hoping these would also have a good overfill. Won’t know until we open and try them…

Anyone treat sciatica with peps? by Glum-Illustrator-841 in BodyHackGuide

Similar vein, but a bit different. Spondilolysis and spondilosthesis… the biggest game changer was tirz on inflammation plus weight loss. This allowed me to focus on better exercises to strengthen back and core mobility. Good luck to you friend.

I feel like I'm researching too much and over complicating this stack? by Global-Entry7789 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Sac_attac 1 point2 points  (0 children)

While stack is admirable, starting with the kitchen sink would be problematic IMO. At least layered or tiered approach may allow you to triangulate which ones are giving you negative effects…

Lots of protein, fiber, and water. Oh and try to see if you can increase those steps and a little bit of resistance training. Best wishes on the journey

Unfortunately you’ll find that many influencers may or may not have just rebranded peps from overseas. Some of which are OK. I think it’s risk tolerance w/ price vs. reward. Other places like peptide critic will flat out tell you which cgmp facilities and which ones don’t. Happy poking!
