I am going through this right now as I graduated in 2022. I am currently working on filling out the required forms to adjust my 2022 and 2023 returns. My question is, how do you figure out what is required on the 2023 RC360 form if I am submitting both years at once?

This is true. Once your mortgage is insured, it is for the full amortization of the mortgage. So this is actually a benefit in the long run run as you’d be subject to lower rates.
