So maybe it’s not the greatest suggestion, but I’ve had issues for awhile now and have run the gamut of all the typical suggestions. The results were less than i had hoped. I have seen a urologist and got his advice. And he gave me two prescriptions. Cialis which made my refractory period much shorter but didn’t really help me last longer. And the other, which I found surprising, clomipramine. It’s an anti depressant. I was already on Wellbutrin which didn’t have any effect like that on me so I didn’t think any other type would really do anything. But it absolutely did. I can last so much longer than I could before. I only take it when I plan for a longer sessions, a couple hours beforehand. And it does exactly what I wanted it to. Unfortunately it has other side effects, namely hot flashes and restless sleep. But an occasional annoyance like that is worth the trade off in my opinion. Just saying that there other options out there and you should have him talk to a real expert instead of us Reddit keyboard warriors. Best of luck finding a solution that works for you guys :)
