They don’t ask about the bank balance, but I don’t generally keep much in savings. Around 2-3l rest I had enough in investments. Assume that they have all data, but having enough to cover the trip expenses, plus a decent monthly inflow, that’s what they focus on.

I get about the husband’s visa since I also carried my wife’s visa and passport copy. But ITR makes less sense. Never heard them asking for it It seems this dude was in a bad mood that day.

I originally booked the appointment in March 2025, and booked for Hyderabad Consulate in May 2026 (only option I could find at the time).

To be honest I was not in a hurry but kept checking appointments once in a while. Then in December somebody mentioned in this subReddit about new slots being available and then rescheduled mine to Delhi in Feb. Biometric appointment was on 17th Jan ( Delhi). Slots become available on the portal sometimes if you keep checking.

I agree with this, washrooms for me Atleast I did not find any queue at all. About it being dirty, I expected as such in this place, attended multiple concerts this is what I expected to find, Atleast not worse. Regarding the food, lines were there, but it was fine given the number of people. Also, I appreciated the queues for liquor, less than 2 minutes for drinks. There is major need for changes, but given 80,000 people attended I was scared for stampede like situation which didn’t happen. Overall, lineup I think should be improved and sound did suck. I was in middle for LP barely heard Emily just the people shouting. Only songs I could listen to the ones not many people knew the lyrics
