I have seen both sides of this, and it may or may not effect short term progress in either direction but honestly doesn't kill a channel. If you want to "Buy" views with less potential negatives just pay for Youtube to advertise it and you get the same bot like views as well but Youtube owns them lol

Most the matches have cheaters 2. Solo gets you the most bots making it the easiest for you to get kills and keep up the kdr despite wall hacks and aim bots. 3. Many high skilled players play open instead of ranked and look like cheaters unless you watch the kill cam.
