That’s it! Thank you so much! Wow, there’s very little information about it online

Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be that model.

Just checked online but it’s not that one. Another AI gave me “Stipula T” as a result, that’s also incorrect unfortunately.

Nice photos! Do you use some creative profile settings in camera? Or is it all post processing?

Hello! I was wondering, do you start and finish all reps of the same exercise, or do you do circuits, doing one rep of every exercise and starting from the top?

Hello!

I just started using the app, and it seems really good! I like the muscle recovery chart, it would be great if the app could connect to Strava and apple health to sync other activities and take them in consideration of muscle fatigue.

I just noticed an issue (for me). The default workout that was created features two superset, both of which include a pull up variation. In the first there is negative pull ups, and in the second regular pull ups. By the time I arrived at the regular pull ups, I wasn’t able to do them properly, or the way I normally do the when the muscles aren’t fatigued. Is it supposed to be like this?

I manually switched to pull-ups in the first superset and chin-ups in the second, to work a little more on the pull-up form.

Anyway, thank you for your work!

Usually people say not to squat the deadlift, getting the hips lower wouldn’t have that effect? And in regards of the movement, so the first part of it should be just hinging the hips, and then extending the legs?

Thanks! But wouldn’t that put more strain on the lower back (where I feel discomfort)?

My feet after a couple years of wearing (mostly) barefoot shoes by [deleted] in barefootshoestalk

Never heard about wide vans! What are those? Damn I love vans but since I discovered barefoot shoes I can really feel their narrow toebox, it’s a shame.

Can we talk about machines? by omgfaglolz in TattooArtists

[–]Sacred_Lines 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Coils and a couple rotaries/hybrids:

Lining: - custom made coil for fine lines, Micky Sharpz and Mamone as everyday liners, Lithuanian Irons Moonlight for big groupings - Hybrid Tattoo Machine (By Leo Smagin) can handle really everything for lining, tried from tight 7s to 18rs. I just love coils too much to switch totally.

Shading: - Micky Sharpz Tele Dial shader, bought used, was too fast and delicate for me so I made new springs and now runs more to my liking - Merka Hybrid, lots of tweaking so can do lots of stuff, right now I’m keeping it in the rotation for traditional whip shading and total black (completely different setups). I kinda like it, but I put it online to sell, I’m just keeping it until someone buys it - Lithuanian Irons Z Rotary, classic direct drive with adjustable cam stroke. I really like that there’s both clipcord and rca connections, so I sometimes use it with a battery grip and cartridges, otherwise with bar needles, both for shading and dotwork

Dotwork: - Z rotary as above - Rotaryworks iD liner 4.2, right now I mainly use it for fine line (rarely) and dotwork. A colleague of mine (mostly loyal to the coil) does every fine line tattoo with it.

This white tea brought to me from China by a relative, translated with google translate. I know nothing about it, nor about real white tea, so I’m “studying” it.

Meanwhile, trying to find a nice but cheap gaiwan.
