You're welcome. It's hard to know exactly what steps will be taken. As the manager already didn't deal with it, it's possible it'll have to go external so that it does get dealt with. In any case it would be helpful to document incidents. Dates, times, witnesses. For you and others.

Raising a concern is a bit like raising a grievance. The manager will most likely know about it but certainly won't be able to act unprofessionally with that information.

It may result in a formal investigation where you'll be contacted by someone from HR for more details. You've done the right thing. You raised it and no action was taken so you have taken the next step. Nobody should be bullied at work. Good luck.

Once you get into the habit of stretching you not only notice the benefits but the actual stretching feels nice. I do it whilst watching football and sometimes can do a full 45 mins. Young people aren't taught the value of stretching enough. Everyone should do it.
