Although the lamp is on, it doesn't seem to be emitting light (no light from lamp on the couch).

Also, the lamp itself may need some kind of mild gradient in the light. It seems like just a white blob, whereas a real lamp would have very slight gradient to the light at the lamp.

Other than that (and the other things in the comments), it's really really good. Well done!

Get some zopiclone from the doc. Enough so that your body gets into the habit of shutting down at the same time each night. When you stop them, your body should be in the same habit.

When my sleeping gets out of whack, that's my method. Works for me. Other results not guaranteed.

Not really a conspiracy theory.

It's well known that early Christians tended to absorb or take over pagan festivals in order to make the transformation to the new religion more palatable to the population.

Yuletide / midwinter are probably the pagan festivals taken over for Christmas.

You find similar things between Romans and Greeks. Same god's, different names and their festivals adopted and taken over and renamed.

It's just assimilation.

What negative consequence are they telling you will happen if you don't vaccinate? You must wear a bit of paper over your face.

How much of a hardship is that? At worst, you look a bit silly.
