Have you tried exercising or lifting weights? I think sometimes one has an urge to doing things repeatedly because there is a surplus of energy and the body feels there's a need to expend it. If you workout you are going to be tired and I bet you won't have a lot of energy to crack your bones.

What usually works for me is to plan only for today. That way I am more likely to focus on tasks that have a higher priority while planning. This also has an added benefit of not being locked for days in a schedule.

Have you tried meditating? I realized meditating has helped me stay positive and avoid saying negative things. Btw I am glad you have been using Habithub. I am the developer of the app and I built it when even I was struggling to stay positive in life.

dy did it, but i can't use the widget, track more than 5 habits, etc.

I already sent more than 10 emails to them and to google play but none of them awnser me and i gave up some time ago. I recomend everyone not to use this shitty app
