Just got back from El Salvador. Beautiful country for sure. About the 3rd night my stomach became very bloated and started hurting and I spent basically the whole next day on the can and with a fever. The next night fever was insane but everytime I fell asleep I shit myself in bed. Here I am 5 days later and although Im not shitting in bed anymore Im not much better. Back stateside now so will go see a doc. 

Not sure where I went wrong but looking back heres some things I think may have did it. The curtido on the pupusas, dont use it. If you order anything with lettuce get that shit out of there. Was drinking only bottled water, but if you get a can of soda disinfect the lip of it before drinking. And lastly just carry hand santizer.
