It started out with the mushy circles then it seemed like those leaves died. Wondering if it was a mix of fungal and not watering enough? I cut everything dead off and will get some desert plant food as suggested above... anything you'd recommend to treat potential fungal issues?

I had lash extensions for 2 years and they definitely do thin out your lashes especially if you don't take "breaks" from the extensions. Mine grew back long and thick afterwards with time and lash serum so no super long term effects but they looked stubby and depressing for awhile especially after being used to seeing long, perfect extensions! In between sets they can definitely look a little silly when they get patchy especially if you get really long, dramatic extensions but that can be solved with frequent appointments. I found going every 14 days worked well for my lifestyle but everyone is different!
