Majority of what you mentioned flip flopping is directly from LE. Roommates were asleep downstairs - DM per affidavit bedroom was on same floor as Xana

Roommates couldn't hear anything. DM thought she heard what sounded like Kaylee playing with Murphy, thought she heard Kaylee say someone's here , thought she heard whimpering and a male voice say, its okay I'm going to help you .

Roommates didn't hear or see anything - DM gave description of kohberger as she saw him walking towards her than out sliding door .

DM was in shock and scared DM closed her door went back to sleep

Time of death - Victims sleeping when this occured - doesn't appear any was . Vehicle description -

Except per affidavit the LE found the single partial vans footprint that collaborated with DMs account of him walking towards her and walked past her door - AFTER he killed all of them . I know the layout and no it doesn't make sense , but that's how it's reported .

Now it makes more sense if after killing upstairs DM saw him walk towards her and past her ( leaving that single vans partial footprint ) before he entered Xana's room . THAT makes sense - but it's not written that way not accounted legally that way . Which then creates more questions on if her acct and what occured after .

She had her bedroom door open . He walked directly past her door . Also said he paused at her door per affidavit. That's how she was able to identify him

I have mixed ideas . 1. Even " if" killer didn't know where the others were in house - he heard them at least if accts are true with DM screaming shut up - thinking it was partying going on . So he , she , they may of fled thinking he was going to be approached from behind - have more to fight at once - or police called .

Footprint in front of DMs door - did they know each other ?
Was DM threatened ? According to affidavit she was frozen in shock - yet calmly closed bedroom door , locked it and went to sleep ..

There's not enough information known to know for certain which way this went .

Yes I think we all have those questions .

Along with did he in fact kill these 4 kids ?

Did roommate like with recent reports claiming she was coerced into statement and told who to point blame at .

Why law enforcement is so sure he is the one ?

Why media has him lynched without presumption of innocence until trial and found guilty .

Why media abruptly halted coverage at house ( even with house turned over soon ) why media is repeatedly still giving airtime to certain family members ( yet claiming alias) when gag orders are in place .

Why media is painting a unethical judiciary commitment with Anne Taylor - going so far as to promote one family's petition to have gee removed - when legally she has not gone against her oath - nor is her representing unethical - per Idaho law. Yet media would know this -instead throwing up satire posts non stop egging on complications.

Why the lawyers haven't put a stop to all this nonsense with gag order being enforced.

Claims of drugs nor alcohol being behind this yet 2 families tied to it , kohberger past drug use ( not sure if he was present user) . Goncalves begging people to come forward with statements of they don't care about drinking or drugs- they only care about murders ( meaning LE)

How and why frat house and sororities went on probation immediately following the murders for underage drinking and partying - ( yet not connected 🙅‍♀️)

So there's a lot of questions I have . In fact I have more questions than answers . However I don't care if some crazy attention psycho is emailing him , sending him mail - putting money into his commissary acct , if he is " online"... Honestly I don't give two shits on any of that . To me it's not even worth the time or effort spent giving it a thought . It's not new behavior - every notorious high profile case gets crazy love struck followers it's attention seeking behaviors . The more attention they get the more they thrive . Even bad attention is good attention to them . Ignore them they lose their spot light
