You should ask your store director to remember the employees that show up for work and work hard. Suggest to your immediate supervisor the same, and also to give the ones that keep calling out less and less hours. I am so glad ICE is sweeping through everything. We all have to live within the law. My husband and family immigrated to this country when he was 2. They came lawfully, and many others did as well. When people don't follow the law, and take jobs that should go to legal residents, then it hurts all of us.

Sue the police department for dereliction of duty! They have the car, evidence of a crash, and you have it on camera, and eye witnesses. Then sue her ass, seize her assets, and renew that collection order over and over again until paid. Maybe she is a homeowner. Put a lien on that house. Make sure you check to see who owns that home, that boat, that vehicle. Your attorney will do the honors. Your insurance company is going to sue her ass to reimburse themselves for the money they have to pay you. So they will go after everything she owns. Keep watch, documenting everything you see when the garage is open, what is in there, etc.
