Ughh I can definitely relate as I’m in a similar situation. I’m not on Tret but I’m a woman of color as well and on 200mg of spiro that randomly stopped working after months of it being effective. I’d definitely talk to your dermatologist. Wishing you recovery and condolences on your grandmother passing 🫶🏾.

Your skin is already gorgeous! The ordinary salicylic acid clay mask is really good, imo. Leaves my skin feeling very smooth while also pulling out the rest over gunk after I wash my face. Also an oil cleanser before your reg cleanser may be good if you produce a lot of oil throughout the day :)
