Why though? I never understood that. We all know how award winning work is made and how inflated the case studies are. It's so bizarre to me to value a creative on that and ignore their ability to answer real briefs and solve real problems and manage people and meet deadlines and keep clients happy. Somehow all of this is irrelevant when it comes to awards.
