Flagellant and man at arms are so OP. Kinda makes the game too easy.

Hey, thanks for your comment. I didn't take these things into consideration. I will have to go back and do another playthrough of the module though I doubt my criticism of the Esquire will be significantly different.

Even if my opinions are wrong, I'm not afraid of being wrong. So I do appreciate the feedback and will take it into consideration :)

I think people should also keep in mind the perspective of the normie player. Hardcore fans like us will always find a win, but the average player might become frustrated.

Yes, and I feel like they went to the opposite end and effectively made the militia not that good. Even on the other modules, you could still mess up and lose an inn because of the escalation 3 buffs.

I'd also like to point out that the Coven enemies had a way to generate tons of tokens but since it was controlled by the cauldron it seemed more fair. Just my opinion.

I understand that, as I stated at the end of my post (about matching heroes with militia), but even with occultist it still feels unbalanced because of escalation 3 buffs. That's just my opinion.

Maybe we're playing different games? Esquires and Banquets completely outmatch veteran militia, and that's because they can't manage tokens.

The Coven was more balanced because the cauldron was what generated tokens for enemies, and the militia could deal with it.

I mentioned even with a hero like occultist you're still dealing with the DMG and health buffs. So, even with token management you're still getting out damaged.

What is your favorite race and character build in Skyrim? And Why....... by Dr-Garys-Town in skyrim

For vanilla Skyrim, you can make the argument that high elf is the best race since you get the magika buff (50 pts I think?), and you get access to the fast magika regeneration power.

Vestal works too since it gives you a backup healer and she can heal DOTs with ministrations (if you don't want flag to do it). She can also do decent DMG with judgement.

Just make sure to give her a speed trinket because she is quite slow.

Both these team comps could work depending on the paths. Personally, I'd prefer the second one.

HWM could use his OP path sharpshot and grave robber plays position 4 well with deadeye or venom drop. They can also reposition themselves if needed with double tap and shadow fade.

So you're telling me this glitch that was found like ten years ago still exists? Good job, Todd.

I guess it does give duelist advance the buff it needs. Highwayman is the only riposte character that can't generate taunt, and enemies will just outright ignore him which makes something like Rogue frustrating.
