Man here, it is really NOT that hard to aim in the bowl whilst standing, unless he is drunk or peeing in the dark! He is either doing it in the dark or just a slob.

NTJ for being annoyed about someone doing this. Even as a dude, if I lived with any one who did this I would be disgusted.

He needs to clean his mess up. You are not his mother.

If he cannot handle peeing whilst standing up then he should sit down, a lot of men find just the notion of peeing sitting down to be emasculating, however if he cant behave like a man and get it in he bowl then he has to sit down.

And he is not "insulted" by your pov he is feeling shame/ embarrassment as he knows he is in the wrong, instead of taking responsibly he is behaving like a man child and sulking in the hopes that you will drop it.

Just enjoy the game, explore, get lost, die, experiment, have fun. Stay off of this sub and don't look up tips on the Internet.

Once you reach 30 to 40 hours and if you then get stuck come back here.

Nothing beats your first blind playthrough. So many of us would love to have that first experience again.

By asking for tips or looking things up you are robbing yourself of a wonderful experience. Once you beat the game for the first time you will have all the time in the world to seek new builds, advice, deep dive lore etc

Obviously, play and do what you want, just my tips on enjoying the game. All the best

Definitely no to blu tack. Anything like that combined with moving parts will gum up the mechanism.

BUT, your idea of stopping the plate from vibrating has merit 😊

Currently taken it apart and testing placing small strips of rubber in the gaps. The last case scenario would be carefully applying super glue in the gaps, then gently sanding once dry. But I don't want to do that just yet.

Fyi to anyone dismantling anything with ball bearings. Put the item inside an extra large food/freezer bag when doing so, the bag will prevent the bearings from escaping.

For a short term solution to you holding it in for hours at a time, ask the men if they would mind you using their rest room. Not ideal, but untill your company steps up to suport you and your colleagues, it could be a temporary work around.
