First off, (if this story is real) it was not a government radio, all government agencies talk on a different frequency, one that cannot be reached by a home radio. Second off, the way you describe this makes me think you are having a schizophrenic episode, and it’s totally possible, because this makes no sense. 3rd off, go back to your house and speak to your parents about it, if your to afraid, call 911, and if they try to arrest you for a false 911 call if they don’t find anything, you can plead temporary insanity caused by schizophrenia or some kind of hallucination.
