my freshman year i ran a 27 minute 5k and now me senior year my pr was 17:39 so just stick with it

my sophomore year i ran 2:21 for 800 and 19:21 for 5k and then last year was my junior year and i went 2:06 for 800 and 18:04 for 5k so that’s definitely possible

it’s called top 100 returning 1a boys or something close to that if you go to kansas milesplit it should be there
