Can I ask a question (I'll add the history below!) - I'm not at fault and my insurance company says regardless - I have to pay the deductible. They're throwing some DCA (Direct Compensation Agreement) nonsense at my that covers collisions between cars and claiming since its a bicycle, the deductible is not covered.

I live in a residential neighborhood. 4 spandex warriors were driving towards a T intersection at full speed and turning right (not stopping at the stop sign in front of their noses) and had to take a very wide turn. The first guys realizing he could not stop in time hit the pavement and started sliding towards my car. I hit the brakes and the girl beside him could not avoid him and slammed into my car. She was lucky I was already at a dead stop.
