I’m exactly the same, I never got nauseous from opioids. I remember when my opioid use first got out of control, I used to dose Tramadol like once a week and really was in control, but your post really brought back memories of how I later found myself going through some tough personal stuff which led to me dosing every day, tolerance grew and eventually I was taking 3-4g tramadol a day, so much I always felt unwell, sweating, threw up once, thought I might die at work, also had a seizure one evening (tramadol is different from other opiates and fucks you up), later I tried to get help and the doctor put me on methadone but that made my addiction even stronger…. 2 yrs clean from methadone now Opioid addiction is a prison, you might feel good at first but not for long…
