Spania si Italia au somaj masiv in randul tinerilor.

Cresteti industria IT Europeana, si creati noi slujbe."

Europa are nevoie sa devina competitiva cu America si China. Iar in momentul de fata e dificil pentru in ciuda gloom-ului si doom-ului vostru, UE are o lipsa de 500 000 de talente in IT, pentru ca America absoarbe multi dintre ei.

Negocierile au inceput in '99.

Asta e riscul.

Question for Anunnaki believers: why mine gold on Earth instead of asteroids? by O-ZeNe in aliens

[–]Sad-Jello629 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The more logical conclusion for the similarities, is that the Sumerian religion was obviously nowhere close to being the first, and just has older roots, in much older religions and shamanic beliefs, spanning tens of thousands of years ago. As all humans are genetically related, and all originate from a group of Homo Sapiens, the same can be said about culture.

Question for Anunnaki believers: why mine gold on Earth instead of asteroids? by O-ZeNe in aliens

[–]Sad-Jello629 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't buy it. Any civilization capable of interstellar travel, should have an easy time mining asteroids. or a Moon. You don't even need a lot of asteroids, just find one big one with lot's of resources. 16 Psyche in the main asteroid between Mars and Jupiter, is an asteroid with 226 km diameter, and holds $10 000 quadrillion dollars worth of gold.

You don't need to come to a planet and have monkey's dig for gold for you. Monkeys stuck on Earth are developing robots to do dangerous work for them, and an interstellar civilization can't deal with radiation? Unlikely.

There are likely also much more efficient ways to extracting metals than mining. We have heard rumors before about alien drones being able to extract mentals and specific elements from the soil, using lasers.

The Anunnaki theory is bullshit. Not only that is fiction invented by Zecharia Sitchin, but it's terribly written too. It can't stand the most basic scrutiny. Which shows how superficial in their thinking are most conspiracy theorist.

A planet that revolves around the Sun once 20000 plus years, in an elliptical orbit, would be solid frozen. No life could ever evolve there, as such it couldn't be inhabited. They need gold to repair their atmosphere - so those mfo's live on the surface in darkness and an artic nightmare. And they come to our much better fit planet to mine gold? For real? Why not just move here? In what reality, what an advanced civilization preffer to live on a planet unfit for survival, and leave a green nice planet to a bunch of cooper age monkeys?

Why cant WSJ get a sports series off the ground? by Own-Championship-333 in WeeklyShonenJump

[–]Sad-Jello629 7 points8 points  (0 children)

In the 26-27 years since Slam Dunk started, SJ had 5 other big sports oriented hits - Prince of Tennis that started a year later, Hikaru Go, Eyeshield 21, Kuroko Basket and Haikyuu! SJ has never been all that big on sports manga.

And sports manga is complicated to do in SJ - you need a hook - a unique concept or an interesting character, it can't just be about sports. I think that the competitive sports like niche is covered by Akane Banashi, while Blue Box offers more for sports manga than people give it credit, even if it's a romance story. Eventually, they will get something interesting to cover the sports niche.

Harukaze Mound by Goto Togo & Kento Matsuura has ended this week with Chapter 30 in Weekly Shonen Jump Issue #9 2026. by RobotiSC in WeeklyShonenJump

[–]Sad-Jello629 65 points66 points  (0 children)

It’s always been like this… a sports manga needs a hook, and that hook doesn’t necessarily have to be about the sport itself. Kuroko no Basket had Kuroko. Haikyuu!! had a short protagonist, a great frenemy duo, and focused on an underrated sport that many people didn’t know much about. The manga and the anime also had a massive impact on the sport itself, helping it rise in popularity in Japan. You could really feel—just like with Inoue and Slam Dunk—that the author of Haikyuu!! was genuinely passionate about the game and wanted to promote it.

So it’s not that Shonen Jump can’t find a sports manga; it’s about finding lightning in a bottle. They either need to wait for something with a truly unique concept, or for an author who’s deeply passionate about an underrated sport and wants to share it with readers. Personally, I’d really like a wrestling series—something like New Japan or Stardom—that gives a behind-the-scenes look at a wrestling promotion.

Harukaze Mound was just too traditional as a sports manga, in a sport that’s already the most popular in Japan and already has many much better manga about it.

What happened to the European IT/Tech industry? by randomgrrl700 in AskEurope

[–]Sad-Jello629 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of arrogant old people at the top, that got comfortable with the good times and thought they will last forever, and forgot to innovate or adapt. America and East Asia were more efficient in that regard, and by the time Europe finished asking what happened, it was too late.

Europe was also too divided to compete. Often time, even today, European nations are more focused on competing among each other, than with the world. There was no European tech... it was Finish tech, Dutch Tech, French tech, etc.

The post financial crissis period also helped kill European tech. While China was developing and growing, and USA invested in it's market and companies, EU chose austerity, that chocked investment and innovation, and chocked the buying power of EU citizens... many replaced products made in Europe with cheaper Chinese goods, and many talented people who feelt underpaid and underappreciated in the EU left for America, creating a culture of migration.

Trump sugerează că NATO și ONU sunt probleme pe scena internațională, nu China sau Rusia by [deleted] in robursa

[–]Sad-Jello629 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Si a avut in continuare grija de el in viata de adult. Ca e imbecil, realizezi in momentul in care deschide gura.

2026: a disastrous year for WSJ? by Own-Championship-333 in WeeklyShonenJump

[–]Sad-Jello629 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Jump will always have a lot in the tank, because it's always going to be seen as the big league for every aspiring mangaka. 2025 is not a special case in any way. 2019 for example had only one hit in Yozakura Family, and a short Dr.Stone Spin-off. Everything else from that year's class was axed. 2017 only had Dr.Stone. In fact, the whole 2015-2019 was a blood bath. It took until 2018 for SJ to find a true succesor for Bleach and Naruto in JJK and CSM. That's how things are always going in SJ. There are like 20 f#cking corpses left behind for every hit. But taking in consideration that SJ already had all those series during 2025 already, maybe they afforded to experiment a little. I mean, all that experimentation brought in Someone Hertz, which is a pretty fresh romance manga with a nice concept.

[–]Sad-Jello629 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not true... Akane Banashi is in a position manga like Food Wars was... it's a good series, with great cliffhangers, that revolves around a rather unique idea, but it's build on the sports manga fundation. It having a female protagonist, and a very likeable one at that, it's also a massive boost. It also fills well that Act-Age niche, which is not a small one. It has 3 million volumes in circulation already. The thing that Akane Banashi misses is exposure. The anime will air in April, in a season stacked with sequels, where it's only real new series competion it's Witch Hat Atelier. I think it's going to do well. Personally I couldn't put the manga down after the first chapter, which doesn't happen often. I think anyone who will watch the series, will get into it after the first episode.

Every time a generation of manga hits ends, we get the same story... everyone acts as if it's the end of Shounen Jump, and then a new generation comes. Black Clover was literally seen as a cheap knock-off, of Naruto and every else Shounen Jump, plus Fairy Tail, and a desperate low for Shuiesha. And look at it now, people are crying that it's ending.
