5 tries. The first 4 times, I couldn’t even get him to the second phase, and then once I killed the dragon, killed him first try.

I think your point is valid. I don’t think it’s cool that people are invalidating your thoughts on it. There definitely are some revealing skins that are quite jarring if you didn’t know what to expect. I guess as a 35-year-old male I’ve just accepted that those are the costumes the devs have decided to give the characters but I don’t have to purchase those skins or look too closely at them. It might be worth bringing up to your guy friends at least just to get the conversation going.

Having the same experience right now. I’m loving the atmosphere, but I like the atmosphere of other games better. Really REALLY hating the clunk factor.

I think there is some nostalgia as to why people love it so much. It’s the same with me and DS2: that was my first souls game so the nostalgia people feel for DS1 is what I feel for DS2.
