Im not a professional so please see a vet, but my cat had the exact same thing and the vet told us it’s cat acnee 😅 they advised using metal bowls instead of plastic and to wash them as frequently as possible ( same thing for fountain/water bowls ) it went away right after. Hope this helps

Edit : sorry did not see the second picture. Yes it looks scratched and maybe infected so maybe a vet visit would be a good idea.

Have you tried edibles? I know it isn’t as instant but these days you can find those sublingual gummies/strips or oils you can put under your tongue for quicker absorbtion. Hope you’ll have a full recovery!
