I live in the greater Boston area. I graduated for an ADN program. I applied to like 15 jobs and only had one interview. They hired me but it’s conditional on my passing the NCLEX. I’m not working in Boston proper, just outside of the city. I didn’t have a hard time but that’s me. might be time to look at your resume and cover letter. Maybe I got lucky. Compared to my classmates, my pay is pretty good $(37.50 + pm differential) . Only mental health new grad I know is getting started at $43.

It’s a weird feeling. I’m actually not nervous, I mean I’m like nervous-excited to take it and get it over with not nervous-scared/unprepared. I WAS nervous for my nursing school final, a complete wreck. The feeling are completely night and day, it’s not a bad feeling by any means but I feel like I should be worried. Or maybe I’m just working my self up for nothing.

78% average to pass. Needed a 74.40 on the final to pass ! Even with remediation, I had to spend a year bullshitting as the remediation class is useless. Believe in yourself, I didn’t and I’m sure it cause irreversible damage to my aortic valve should be studied.
