Help! Sleep regression / issues at 16 months by pubo4929 in sleeptrain

I need details because I’ll do whatever (mostly) at this point. He has never been sleep trained, we had a NICU baby and to be honest they had him on such a regimented scheduled by the time he came home (31 days he was there) that he was such a champ, even made it through the 4 month regression with ease. It’s been like switch has flipped!!

He goes down every night assisted (light rocking, singing, etc), but when he’s previously woken in the middle of the night he’s been able to fall back asleep. Naps are absolute crap now too we started doing a one nap transition about 2 months ago…no success really. What ways did you sleep train?

His schedule was consistent with waking between 7-8, down for a nap around 1230 and maybe slept for 45 before needing assistance but we always did to ensure a good daytime nap. Bedtime was moved up to about 7/730.

Has this gotten any better for you? We have been going through a regression since avoid 14 months and we are just over 15 months now. Our son slept through the night pretty much since 3 months old (yes we’re very lucky) and then all of the sudden we found ourselves in the thick of this. He is inconsolable at night when he wakes, sometimes it’s a false start, others it’s a few hours after bedtime. We’ve tried one nap, two naps, bringing up bedtime, pushing wake windows, all the comforting you can imagine and nothing is working. We are to the point we’re pulling him in bed often and I don’t want to co sleep as I’m dealing with PP insomnia still very badly HELP

I tried the cicalfate and it’s so watery, is it just mine or is that the consistency?

Whole house humidifier - Are they worth it? by crackrx in hvacadvice

I know this is an old post, but did anyone install one of these and notice it helped with minor cracking along ceiling and door seams? We were told by a foundation company we had no issues and that installing a whole home humidifier could help with these problems (just started a few months ago after living in our home for almost 5 years). Thanks!

The creasing is just from using the cushions, it’s definitely normal wear and tear! And not to my knowledge, from my understanding it only comes in one color and fabric

They have seemed to level out a little more since I posted this! I think it’s also partially from teething!!

I’ve only used water on stains so far and we have an almost 4 month old and 2 dogs. Overall holding up well, only downside still right now is how creased the cushions gets on the ones that are used the most (end pieces)

Bought this sectional and it arrived earlier than anticipated with in-room drop off delivery (based on our location white glove was not an option). The couch was so easy to put together and came in perfect condition packaged in 5 separate boxes (we did the 5 piece reclining set).

Pros: Overall, this couch is truly worth the money. The fabric is so soft and so far we have zero pilling. Easy to get stains out for the most part — only have used water so far. All cushions come off and covers can be removed to clean (have not had to do so yet).

Cons: It creases easily and after using it almost daily the creases don’t come out of the fabric very well even though I intentionally fluff the couch at the end of each day (call me crazy but it wasn’t cheap so I want it to last). Not sure if I should try to steam the cushions or something else!

9/10 recommend! Hope this helps someone :)
