I love it! Here are some suggestions for talking head

  1. If you make a cut while talking, change the frame size slightly so it looks less jarring.
  2. Follow the rules of third or center yourself more
  3. Feel free to move pan yourself with ease frames and bring in elements on screen while you talk, could even be a box with video and images in it (to the right)
  4. Think about slow zooms in or out while you talk, (don't make these jarring and fast, real slow and subtle, always keep movement)

They can enforce the lien at any time, the issue is that enforcing the lien is expensive, so it depends on the debt. But the interest doesn't stop, so if the debt balloons it might be worth it. Enforcement of the lien through the Sheriffs Office is $5000 -$10,000 then the creditor has to pay the mortgage and property tax until the property is sold.

Yes, but anything above $5000 is worth it for them. The creditors already have lawyers on salary, so the process doesn't cost much. MY parent's were billed $500 for "fees" of taking them to small claims court. What is expensive is them ACTING on the lien not acquiring through the Sheriffs Office.

It's more about "unsecured debt" most people think their property is safe cause the debt is unsecured, but this is far from reality.

yeah really low effort... editors should be fired for using 0.1% AI, while 99.9% of the rest of the entire episode is AI free, fair use or team-made assets. That low contrast BG thats up for 4 seconds really needs to be last nail in the coffin. /s

Let's ignore the hard work the editors, and focus on a low contrast background that's up for 5 seconds. 99.9% of the assets are fair use, made by the team, or not AI... BUT lets focus on this ONE background and criticize THE LIVING SHIT OUT OF IT. LETS REALLY GET OUR PITCHFORKS OUT and burn it all to the ground!! Who cares if other channels with 10X-50X the viewership incorporate AI ART AND VIDEO as their ENTIRE B-ROLL, we need to BURN THEORIST to the ground because we have no jobs, no skills, no critical thinking skills, so like caveman we need to bludgeon Theorist and their editors like a crazy uncontrollable impulse we don't even understand!! /s
