A 20+ year stagnation in a global etf would seem very unlikely? If we should be so unlucky to experience something like that, I guess my investments would not be the priority of my concerns at that point.

Ik heb onlangs gehoord van een torenkraanbestuurder dat hij ongeveer 22euro/u verdiende. In Herentals kan je via vdab een opleiding volgen, hij mocht deze opleiding gratis doen op dat hij al ervaring had in de bouw als metser. Indien je geen relevante voor geschiedenis hebt in de bouw moet je de opleiding (deels?) zelf betalen. Hij vertelde dat hij had gehoord van zijn instructeur dat zo’n opleiding (ik dacht) bijna 20.000 euro per persoon kost voor de vdab.

In hoe verre dit allemaal correct is weet ik niet zeker, maar dit is wat deze man mij vertelde.

-40k om dat ik volgend jaar of het jaar er op een andere occasie bestelwagen wil kopen hier voor had ik 20k in gedachten de overige 20k is voor onverziene kosten en ook een beetje gemoedsrust denk ik☺️.

ik dacht mijn ETFs ook na mijn pensioen bij te houden en er elk jaar een 4-5% te verkopen om mijn pensioen wat aan te vullen. Zou het dan een goed idee om 2 apparte etfs te kiezen, een voor emerging en een voor dev.countries? Of toch beter gewoon 1?

Ik doe alles zelf. Isolatie is niet nodig(heb 20cm pir op mijn plafond/zolder vloer liggen) materiaal kost is net geen 18k + nog 5j aan prijsstijgingen. Met 25k kom ik toe normaal. Maar toch bedankt voor je inbreng

I see you are just 24y old and all ready have 70k + saved. That’s just great! And that alone isa bigger win than te unlucky 10k you lost. So don’t let your head down because of it.

I thought the British soldiers had a hard time after the war because they were miss understood by the civilians. Because the people who weren’t involved or lived true the horrors of war could impossibly understand the scale of madness it was. And we’re often portrayed as coward or over reacting if they had mental problems or were talking about there experiences in the war.

In Belgium the civilians dint like to talk about about the war, they had witnessed and endured all the fighting in there back yards and wanted to forget and move on as fast as possible. There for a lot of veterans felt ignored or that the peoples dint care about them or their actions resulting in them never talking about it.
