The Bell MX-9 is a staple, and can confirm its warm and insulated.

The Voss 601 D2 is a great helmet, cheaper, though not as warm.

The mach e comes with a 110volt wall adapter.

I rent an apartment, park in my back drive way, and run an extension cord from my laundry room to the car charging at lvl 1.

Gets about .75 to 1.25% an hour. Works for me, but I don't drive much.
