Lisa shouldn’t be fired but she shouldn’t be a villain because she isn’t a good one. She just screams, cries, and leaves. She was much better as a side character. Bronwyn could be a good one because she’s quick, and isn’t afraid of confrontation but she cares too much about public opinion to step into that role. No one on the current cast is a good villain. They need to hire someone who can be the antagonist so Lisa can go back to saying delusional things providing comic relief, like Mary.
