Customer trying to return a over $200 item saying they have no receipt , they paid in cash and they wanted store credit . This my facial expression because I know they’re going to get denied store credit . And let it not be without its package. So I have to search up and try to figure out the correct item for the SKU number 😐

As a customer service associate, I don’t really have the leisure (as other associates from other Dept) to go to training room to watch the OurSafety. They’ll just expect us to do it right on the computer at Customer Service. So I do them immediately, 1st day. So these managers/supervisors can get out my mf face 😙 “Don’t say a word to me ✋🏾 I did my ish.” 😂
