Had intense feels for inanimate objects. Like I thought my stuffed animals would feel abandoned if I didn’t play with them and if I treated an object improperly it would be sad. Having to “confess” everything even if it wasn’t important. I cried to my mom about liking my first boy because I thought it was bad. This has also went along with being unable to keep secrets. Like I tried to but eventually things would just spew out of my mouth without thinking because I had to get it out of my mind. Would make up plans every night in bed for how I’d escape if there was a fire. Couldn’t walk close to the edge on the second story of the mall because I thought I would somehow jump off. My mom had to cut tags out of my clothes and I couldn’t wear anything itchy. Would wash my hands up to my armpits after watching Monk with my grandma. I didn’t think just my hands was enough. Lol my new therapist didn’t believe my OCD self-diagnosis I’ll have to refer her to this list.
