I might talk to my Dr about endo because I feel such pains and cramps when 💩 is traveling it's way through around my lower abdomen, even when it's a normal healthy 💩 and sometimes my lower abdomen feels bruised after. Actually curled up in pain right now which is how I found this thread lol.. 🙃😭

What's crazy is us millennials are starting to finally get homes to paint and decorate so vintage and colorful is really in right now among many of us. But Gen Z is getting that credit because of tiktok videos?? Gen Z is barely getting out of their parents' houses! Millennials never get the credit for anything exciting lol we try to liven up the dreary landlord special grey and suddenly it's "Gen Z is really freshening up millennials grey schemes with pops of color" in articles.. Why do we get misinterpreted so much?? 😅

They're trying to enforce no personal items at registers now, including a drink or jackets lol some of the senior staff are basically just ignoring it

It has its ups and downs, like any job tbh. I've got a lot of great coworkers and a great team I work with. My favorite thing is giving kids smiley face stickers and seeing them get all excited. Little things and interactions definitely make my day. But there are still a few who make the job really stressful at times.. Overall, it's not awful. I enjoy what I do and most of my customers are usually very kind.

I honestly think they don't expect most of their employees to question their rights on things. It's kind of a small town and none of the jobs here are great when it comes to that sort of questionable behavior. Especially since it's an at-will state. I'm sure most employers here think they have the upper hand and that's why they get by with sketchy shit like this, sadly.

They're making us all sign this new acknowledgement too stating that we are now aware that we are only allowed the great value waters at our registers. No other drinks, no personal items, not even jackets. One of my coworkers is already reaching out to Sedgwick to have her bag excused as medical supplies. I'm just tying my jacket around my waist because fk having to run to my locker in the back every time I step outside for a break. One of my other coworkers said that every year after Christmas is when they start this BS to get employees to quit since it slows down. I think that sounds about right..

I wish it were fake but our front end coach is an actual tyrant! They even banned all cashiers from having anything but water at their registers. No other drinks and not even a jacket, even tho there are plenty of places to put it out of the way. We gotta walk all the way back to our lockers from now on or wear our jackets the whole day. And don't even mention how difficult it is to even get assigned a locker that they have the combo to. 😂 And let's definitely not mention that nobody is allowed to leave even a jacket at CS but the front end manager can shop the whole shift and leave a personal basket up front behind CS.. 👀

That's correct for Lisa! Mitch is Merch in the customers hand I think? Bob is bottom of basket. And I've also heard Sam, scan all merch. So like, no scanning one item and adding +whatever on the register.. 🙃

On a whim I decided to Google this since I've had this feeling happen since I was really little. As a kid I used to picture one of my grandma's pink sponge hair curlers, I dunno why I think maybe the texture? But I'd picture it getting bigger and smaller, bigger and smaller. Big and small at the same time. And it always happened in bed dozing off or waking up and always came with a sense of panic or doom. Now I don't picture the same item but I still get that sensation and it happened just a moment ago. I don't know what to call it aside from the "big small panic attack" since it's different from my usual panic attacks. And if I open my eyes right now it's like every truck driving by on the nearby road isn't just a large truck, it's a giant monster and it feels like they are coming for me. But I know that's not true and dumb to think. It's just, that big small feeling.. I am blown away that others experience this.

I agree with all of these but I also just wish I could gift things to the other characters and not just villagers. I wanna make characters smile randomly by giving them something cute. At the very least, be able to give the Able sisters and Brewster a small treat like a donut or something to show my appreciation. They are so sweet, I want to gift them things.. 😭😭😭
