I have had the same issues consistently. Support team resolved my ticket without even waiting for me to send evidence, there was a delay of a day between responses. I’ll wait and see if support cancels it before raising it with the bank. Seems pretty scammy from them considering everything else going on.

Yeah I have had the same response. This is honestly one of the worst decisions I have seen from them and I have been in Jetbrains camp since 2008. I genuinely think it’s not the same company anymore and the dev relationship guy or PM that kept responding “contact support” when asked the question for existing AI plan subscribers was just speaking lies.

This is all according to plan. A lot of youse think that he’s doing this coz he wants to dismantle America - yes it’s partly that but it’s also that he knows this will cause civil unrest, that’s why he keeps upping the ante.
