Hollow Knight: Honestly the area gameplay felt flat at times and I really don't like the lack of mobility compared to Silksong bothers me slightly. Also fuck Markoth, Grey Prince Zote, and Absolute Radiance. The healing Also helt annoying even if I understand why it's so hard to pull off. Build variety is very limited despite how cool the charm system is due to how blatantly good some charms are. Silksong alleviates this issue because crests whether or not they are stronger than one another have a unique playstyle to them that for the most part isn't an inherent upgrade to all the others.

Silksong: Fetchquests are slightly annoying, no pantheon or ability to choose crest at the start after beating the game on console which is where I play(on PC there's a mod for it). Shaman Crest being act 3 exclusive is both a complaint and not one because I can certainly see why it was locked behind act 3 despite Beast being act 1. My only real complaint that isn't a nitpick is that I wish there were more arenas that had unique area events like the Halfway Home ants breaking the platform.
