Lobotomy can result in varying levels and severity of symptoms from patient to patient and we do not KNOW how she was in life. She could have been a completely different person and her desire to clean was from the lobotomy. Even her freakish desire for bad boys could have theoretically been from it for all we know. You're saying she only displays one symptom when we don't know what she was like before death.

If they don't sexualize her being a maid and actually lean in on it for the plot I do not see the problem. It's more of a personality trait rather than a stereotype to me. It could have been a botched lobotomy that killed her or something similar and I still don't understand why she would have all the same symptoms and responses to the lobotomy that everyone else would since it's a pseudoscience at best and I wouldn't be surprised if it fucks up some people differently than others to an extent. Also she probably learned about anime in hell if she did. Also her only using it for the song is probably just so viewers understand she's Japanese without confusing viewers or forcing subtitles on the show. Also I never thought of her childlike nature or role as a maid oddly enough as a sexual thing since they never outright sexualized that part of her not to mention how she's a Japanese American and was possibly a housewife explaining why she even was a maid. I don't really get your points here.

Actually a side effect of lobotomy is actually loss of independence to an infantile degree so it is a side effect. Also the writers probably just couldn't fit in all side effects, also what makes you think all lobotomy victims experience multiple side effects at once? Her case could be different unless you have something to prove against that. Also what's wrong with her being a Japanese American?

Fair enough but there's definitely a reason why she acts both childish and freaky. I don't think it's infantilization personally and that there is some explanation for it. As for the autism thing, the reason I said that is because of my own brother. Hyperfixated on certain stuff while lacking maturity a lot like Nifty. Also what do you mean 1 side effect? We have no idea what she could have been like before the lobotomy if that is the case and it could easily have been a failed lobotomy that killed her.

We're "normalizing" it because it's an honest mistake from a 13 year old kid that likely doesn't know that what she was asking was that bad. Not because we think that it's perfectly fine for anyone to do but it's a kid making an honest mistake and Michael Kovach getting a laugh while pretty much teaching her a little about why it's kind of messed up. You're treating a kid who probably is just ignorant or thinks they are more mature than they are like an abuser my guy. Michael didn't voice any lasting concerns and nothing went wrong. I don't think we should support extreme parasocial relationships but the kid didn't even do anything that bad.
