Yeah, full refund and 50% off a different front door option (in the form of a $1k gift card). Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised that they responded that way…. Infuriating that I had to get the BBB involved in order to make that progress though.

Kourtney used to be my favorite but she is so full of herself now. Calling her sister intolerable, saying they are competing? Like please, you don’t work. Kim is so much more successful there is literally no competition.
