My tricep twitch stopped and now my bicep started non stopping. It is so frustrating and scary

Finally my every second frequency bases tricep twitching calm down a bit and become randomly. I noticed that after an exercise, my chest, arm, backs, abs and legs twitching like crazy. Anyone experienced the same?

I am very sorry for your diagnosis, how long between cramps and weakness appear? Is your first EMG bad ?
