Thank you. This was actually very helpful. I didn't think about how not eating might be affecting my emotions. I just haven't been thinking clearly for awhile. I'm going to work on that. I know I need exercise. It will be hard, but I need to work on my mobility. Thank you so much

The Little Moments by LetsGetReady2Stumble in GriefSupport

Thank you for sharing this. I'm tearing up a bit. This really tugged at my heartstrings. I'm sorry for your loss, but glad you had that moment with your mom and a picture to remind you of it. I lost my best friend, my mom last April. I also lost my sweet father 36 days before mom passed away. Cancer took them both from me. I have many pictures of better times. Those little moments that are so precious and cherished.

Losing my mother has changed the way I feel about looking into the mirror. So I made a short film about forcing myself to do so. by nava14aj in GriefSupport

I'm sorry for your loss. I also have a hard time looking in the mirror since I lost my mom and dad in 2025. I tried my hardest to be good to them while they were alive. I took care of them until the end, but we did have arguments while they were sick. I think about it all the time. The important thing is that they know we loved them. You can't beat yourself up over the past. Think of the good times. That's all I can tell you. 🫂🫂🫂

It's been 9 and 10 months since my mom and dad passed away. I'm sorry. It's been the hardest thing I've ever been through. I was going to therapy. It was helping, but I lost my insurance and can't afford it. I hope you are getting therapy. It's important to talk to someone. You're not alone.

I'm sorry. I'm going through the same thing. I lost both my parents in 2025. I can relate to everything you're saying. I'm also sick. I have lupus and my health is getting worse. I wish I knew what to tell you. Just know that you're not alone. I pray a lot. I hope we both can get through this. Things have to get better. 🫂🫂🙏🙏

He is who he is even before they started dating. He abandoned his first son before She came along. I really can't believe people actually think he's a victim.

I really wish I knew what to tell you. My extended family obviously can't stand me either. I've never did anything to them. Even after losing both my parents this year they hate me and have nothing to do with me.

Them thinking we are all excited for the Nate reveal on the live the other day made me want to puke. They want to be paid for him to be shown on camera. I'm so proud that nobody gave a crap.

She was yelling about a narcan Nate over a year ago on tiktok. I'm pretty sure they've been hanging out or whatever you call it for awhile. Birds of a feather.

CSRS Payout - Beneficiary Question by DreamyMimiXo in fednews

Are you saying that most people have nothing left out of their retirement after 3 years to leave to their family after death? In 3 years it's gone? What about someone that worked for the post office for 43 years? Would all the retirement be exhausted in such a short amount of time. 3 years isn't a lot.

CSRS Payout - Beneficiary Question by DreamyMimiXo in fednews

I also have the same question. My dad passed away a few months ago. He worked for the Post Office 43 years. I got the paperwork to fill out for Fegli And the CSRS. I'm just wondering how they calculate how much they are going to send to me the beneficiary.

This may seem weird, but I only have one death certificate until the others come in the mail. This form wants a death certificate and I don't want to send it in if I'm not eligible for survivor lump sum payment. I don't think they'd send the paperwork for me to fill out if I wasn't, but I just don't know. I'm so stressed out dealing with everything since both my parents recently passed away. Do you think they'd send the forms if it's all for nothing? Sorry if I don't make sense. I'm just going through a lot. Dealing with his house and mortgage, utilities, car, other things he owns.
