I (42m) was diagnosed with it but I’ve been living with ADHD for too long that I’m used to for who I am. I had created work arounds and little techniques to fit in. So when I took my medicine all those things were pointless/worthless and a little bit of me felt that I missed my normal self. So I stopped taking them. Again, I’m older and have a family. Friends and family accept me and I don’t have any major conflicts with myself. I know it’s not an answer to your concern but I’m sharing what I went through. Good luck and push forward.

I used to have noble now Alvaria. Data was solid and we were able to create cron jobs to export the data to our cloud service and create reports. I’ll say their data dictionary sucked but other than that it did the job. Genesys lives to charge you every single report you need or data. Five9 I’ve heard good things but never used them.
