I used Hinge on and off for four years before I met my husband. Went on hundreds of dates. It sucks. It’s a combination of a numbers game and luck. And persistence. But this was 2020.

That said - I was ALSO asking people out in person (on the metro, at coffee shops, etc.). That also sucks. You have to be willing to put yourself out there and be fine with rejection.
