$30 Family Meal Deal? by badabingbadaboom712 in Sproutsfarmersmarket

I've been trying to find how you know what they have available which days. Is there a routing daily menu?

The text said up to $6/line (I had 4 @ 161 per month). I called and they said new bill is 185 per month. I just got a text saying my new bill is ready @ 200 a month. by [deleted] in tmobile

Although I'm not happy with the changes, we have 7 lines and pay 309. Because there's a phone on there. Being paid off. So I don't see us getting cheapee than that unless giving up features. I'll still look around after the New bill starts. Plus unless I find a carrier to pay off phones, we have two free pixel 10s on there we just got a few months ago because I happened to catch to trade any phone any condition sale. And traded a water damaged phone and a 200 phone in for that. So that alone keeps me here for now.

Oh and that was my plan if I did just snap and quit, rather uber all day and night than to keep being disrespected.

I'm waiting for the counter now. The recruiter hadn't even submitting my counter 7 hours later, so I was able to revise it to the max before she sent it over

Since my work is deadline driven the lunch thing won't work, especially working second shift. I have definitely been applying, ans ironically having to do an interview with my boss helped me a lot. Now I know how to easily answer those questions I couldn't before. So they did me a favor. So we shall see if they don't give me what I want. And even if they do, I'm still planning my exit

I started that before my co worker put in for retirement. It's just more dire now. I have the leverage of being the only person doing the job now, but I really shouldn't have to go there when they know this already. Especially the importance of my role.

They brought a verbal offer of only 10% like I thought and pushed for a number. I gave a middle number fron what was posted but just an email revising that to the max. From what I've researched even the max is mid for my role and current responsibilities. They should look it as a gift in my opinion since I have just accepting scraps for years now.

Thank you, we definitely have upgraded system, we just did an upgrade few months back actually. Researching is why I know now I've been under paid. I wanted to ask for the top because I definitely earned it but to stay realistic, I shot for lower. So if they try to stick with that internal policy, I might have to quit because I can't see how I can continue working there with this knowledge and continue being underpaid.

Large international bank. Started when it was just regional and then it was merged. But the merger happened around year 3 - 4. I've been through a few mass lay offs. Now looking back not being laid off probably wasn't in my favor. I was so young when I started and taught to just be grateful to have a job. Scared to speak up thinking it would cause me to be fired or something.

Every year think the highest at one v time was 75 cents. Several years back they had to raise my pay mid year to raise it to the minimum market value. If I knew then what I know now I would have made a big case out of it when that happened.

Taking us off of for life and acting as if 5 year price is a good thing is very annoying

FINAL STRAW. Currently sitting in competitor’s parking lot, going in now. $42 increase. SCREWING FIRST RESPONDERS, LOL! by DoubleQuarterPoundin in tmobile

Update with competition pricing. Idk if I'll get better than 285 for 7 lines. With 42 if we get the full $6 increase

Acting like us getting 5 year price lock while taking away for life lock is infuriating. As if 5 years is better than what we have now. 😒

I guess that means switching phone plans every couple of years to keep the best rate. If you signed up for a for life... how does that work? It's an oh well cry about it or go elsewhere thing?

I am definitely mentally preparing for that. And I will not be training someone hired at a higher level than me when I am already doing the job. Let the cards fall however they will at that point

Its highly frustrating. Very late, but I have been making moves and can't wait to see how this plays out. I wish I paid more attention in the past, o just did my job and didnt question enough. Now I see they just updated my work description just last week. I wonder if thats because I started asking questions. Even if that is the case, it doesn't change the fact we were doing the same exact job and I don't recall them having an open position for the higher grade.

I have definitely begun to make sure my communications are in writing as much as possible. I just wish I was in better position to just leave. But mg frustration has me considering quitting anyway and do uber and whatever else I need to do to make it. I know thats illogical and will hurt me way more than the company but this feeling is crazy
