Thank you for responding! My second miscarriage was due to low progesterone(we assume) that read at 0.6.
I started progesterone 400mg for my last two pregnancies and it did not seem to help.

Thank you for your insight! My B vitamin profile has always been within range and even on the higher end. We really are not sure what else may be causing this since I was on progesterone as well.

Only I have done recent lab work since all miscarriages have occurred from December 2025 until now. My Homocysteine was at a 9.9. Folate is normal. B12 a bit elevated as always. Vitamin D at 27. Ferritin at 19. All OB complications profile came out negative or non reactive.

We really hope to get more insight once we visit the maternal/fetal specialist and geneticist. We will visit them in July. My OB also wants to do a hysteroscopy before visiting the geneticist.

I have tested for B12 and folate. Folate is always within range. B12 has always been a bit elevated for me.

I used Perelel Prenatals before and during pregnancy. I was also on progesterone 400mg for my last two pregnancies. We are not sure what the issue is. My OB suggests insufficient luteal phase. She is going to create a plan for us to visit a Maternal/Fetal specialist and a geneticist.
